Hudson Rock Cabernet is sourced from the up and coming area of Lodi, California. This plush ripe Cabernet is full of red fruits, red plum, and dark cherry. The secondary flavors of brown spice and licorice root fill in nicely behind the fruit characteristics.
Please enjoy this wine while it is fresh and vibrant. Aged in oak for 4 to 6 months, blend of new and used French and American oak. The fruit for this vintage comes from Bear Creek winery.
