DESCRIPTION
Figeac is unusual on the right bank for planting close to equal parts Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon, and is matured fifteen to eighteen months in new French oak. Medium garnet, with rose hip, lilac and cinnamon over red and black currant, then forest floor, truffle and cigar ash. Full bodied but pure, with good acidity and a peppery note from the Cabernet Franc.
