The bright, citrus flavor puts a little zing in any drink.The ripe, freshly cut lime perfume wafts up from the glass in strong waves; after aeration the lime perfume lessens allowing the tartness/acidity elements to take over, nicely countering the lime zest/lime pulp intensity. In the mouth the lime flavoring is remarkably clean, acidic, tart and fresh. Concludes clean, tart and ripe.
