• Single barrel bourbon distilled by New Riff in Newport, Kentucky • Composed of a uniquely high-rye mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, all non-GMO • Open top, sour mash fermentation • Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler • Aged a minimum four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred American oak barrels • Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery • Expect full and bold flavor with distinctive characteristics that will change with each barrel selected • Gold medalist at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition (Single Barrel Bourbon—Up to 10 Years) • Non-chill filtered; bottled at cask strength (ABV varies from barrel to barrel) Variables in the aging process result in a unique fingerprint for any single barrel of spirit. Often, barrels are combined to achieve a consistent flavor profile batch over batch, but sometimes, a single barrel expresses such character and balance as to merit its own, individual bottling.
