• Limited edition bottled in bond Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Prohibition Craft Spirits Distilling Company in Louisville, Kentucky • Contract distilled under the PCS Distilling Company bond by an undisclosed distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky • Mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley • Aged 6 years • A nose of red fruit and cream transitions to citrus, cinnamon, and caramel on the palate with a finish of baking spice and toasted oak • Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV New from PCS Distilling and bottled under the Hazelbaker family name, this Kentucky bourbon is made in accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, representing the highest standard of American whiskey-making while also demonstrating PCS Distilling’s talent for bottling exceptional bourbon.
