La Tour Figeac was part of Chateau Figeac until the estate was split in 1879. It sits on the Pomerol boundary in Saint-Emilion, Grand Cru Classe, with about fifteen hectares of gravelly sand over deep clay, farmed organically and biodynamically for close to twenty years. Merlot-led, perfumed, and built on fine tannin rather than weight.
