DESCRIPTION
Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2014 is a vintage Champagne from the house of Bollinger in Aÿ, made only in years the house judges exceptional. Like La Grande Année, it is led by Pinot Noir, fermented in oak barrels, and aged on its lees under natural cork rather than a crown cap before being disgorged by hand. The rosé colour comes from a small addition of red wine from Bollinger's La Côte aux Enfants vineyard in Aÿ. A structured, vinous rosé that works with food, from roast duck to salmon. 750ml bottle.
