Nutty citrus nose. Dry, medium body, medium acid. Balanced and subtle oak with pleasant nuttiness. Lemon, a bit of grapefruit. Excellent with an uni and scallop crudo though was slightly overpowered by flavor.
On the nose: elderflower ; raw hazelnut ; jasmine. On the palate: vanilla cake - white icing ; cedar. Fails to achieve the gorgeous oak depths of other local offerings.
