Bibi Graetz is a Tuscan producer known for bold, characterful wines. Bollamata is a sparkling rosé from Tuscany, a fun change of pace from the region's famous reds.
It's bright and refreshing. Expect strawberry, red cherry and citrus, with lively bubbles and a dry, clean finish. It's not meant to be serious, and that's what makes it so easy to drink. Think of it as Tuscany's answer to a good Prosecco rosé, with a bit more character.
Serve it cold, around 45F, in a white wine or tulip glass. It's great with antipasti, pizza, prosciutto and melon, or sushi. A good bottle for a summer party, brunch or a picnic.
