Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2017

A wine produced from two different harvests in the same vineyard. Following careful selection, the Verdejo grapes were picked in two rounds, with an earlier crop and a later crop vinified separately; the early harvest with fermentation at high temperatures in order to achieve an explosion of aromas and notes of ripe stone fruits. Then a second later harvest fermented at lower temperatures looking for maturity and more concentration and complexity on the palate. The resulting wine, Beronia Rueda 2017, is a blend of the two wines that is aromatic, fresh, flavoursome and complex on the palate.
