Bel Colle Barbaresco 19 2019

The best grapes are fermented on the skins for 10 days. The wine then matures in oak barrels for around 24 months and ends in the bottle with 6 months. It has a garnet red color and a bouquet of red flowers, sour cherries and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins. Goes well with game, braised or roasted meat.
