DESCRIPTION
Barrister's is a straightforward Scotch whisky in the big 1.75L bottle. It isn't trying to be a rare single malt. It is the kind of bottle you keep under the bar for everyday pours and mixed drinks.
Expect a light, easygoing Scotch with grain sweetness, a little honey and vanilla, and a soft, short finish. Nothing harsh, nothing complicated.
Use it where Scotch gets mixed: a Scotch and soda, a highball with ginger ale, a Rob Roy, or over ice with a splash of water. At this price the large bottle is a practical choice for parties and for anyone who wants a dependable house Scotch.
