Clear-yellow color with very brilliant green highlights. Very intense and fruity with floral notes of acacia and orange blossom mingled with fruity aromas of melon; grapefruit and quince; as well as nuts such as lightly toasted walnuts and almonds accompanied by nuances of marzipan imparted by barrel ageing. Palate starts out powerful and very fresh with good volume; richness and complexity; underpinned by very refreshing acidity. Floral aromas return on the aftertaste; culminating in a long finish. All in all; a very delicious and versatile wine.
