• 100% Nebbiolo mostly from vineyards in Novello • 350 meters above sea level with calcareous and marl soils • Maceration for 20-25 days in large oak casks, with frequent remontage • Aged 18 months in large Slavonian oak, 25-40 hl followed by 6 months of aging in steel, plus 6 months in bottle • Approximately 800 cases produced each year
