Ayala Champagne's Rosé Majeur Non Vintage (NV) Champagne is an unusual blend of 51% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 9% still red wine from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (Pinot Noir from old vines).
A cleverly arranged nose with saturated rose-like perfume layered into ripe expressive peaches, strawberries and wild dark cherries. The palate holds that darker cherry edge with real style and balance.
