Featured botanicals include elderflower, centaury, bitter orange peel, verbena, star anise, wormwood, cinchona, gentian, and angelica
Botanicals are macerated for varying lengths of time in Italian neutral wheat spirit
Once filtered, the infused spirit is blended with Italian white wine
Sweetened with beet sugar
Rested up to a month before bottling
Sweet orange zest, wormwood, star anise, and sherry-esque oxidation on the nose precede a vibrant, warming palate highlighting a medley of earthy bittering agents that are deftly balanced by elderflower, lemon verbena, and cinnamon with pleasant wormwood and orange blossom honey on a long finish
