DESCRIPTION
Fetzer have been making wine in Mendocino County since 1968 and were among the first large California producers to farm organically. Black cherry, blackberry and cassis with vanilla, oak spice and a herbal edge, then ripe blackberry with mocha and toffee. Medium to firm tannins, 13 percent alcohol. Made for steak and ribs rather than contemplation.
