Amaro Montenegro is a sweet, mildly bitter, flowery and fragrant amaro with the distinct flavor of Bergamot (think Earl Grey tea). Served chilled (not cold), it goes down very smoothly and adds a nice touch as an ingredient in various highball cocktails. It's very good as a digestivo, too.
