Dark brown in color and shiny. The nose presents a great aromatic intensity, with aromas of nuts and deep notes of wood and vanilla, typical of its long aging period. On the palate it is very intense, warm and velvety, it presents notes of nuts, vanilla, wood and, at the end, notes of licorice. Great persistence in the mouth.

Pair with cured cheeses, game dishes such as partridge stew or Iberian cheeks. It also goes perfectly with other meats such as bull tail and fish.
