Alta Langa Metodo Classico Pas Dose Millesimato, Contratto 2019

Alta Langa Pas Dosè Contract, is a classic vintage method in this case from the 2018 vintage obtained from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay grapes, with a rest on its lees for at least 36 months.

A non-dosed wine therefore with no residual sugars, with a brilliant straw yellow colour, after opening we recommend letting the wine oxygenate for a few minutes, then the nose is rich and intense in aromas, first of all bergamot, bread crust and flowers of orange, on the palate it is fresh and enveloping mineral, with citrus notes, dry and long-lasting, with a fine perlage.
