The 2017 Sirualta Morat by Alfredo Arribas made from 90% Syrah and
10% Viognier takes no hostages.With dark, black cherry fruit and
pomegranate seeds at the start,the concentrated charge of Syrah follows after a slight note of reduction and notes of black pepper.The rich, juicy fruit is
coolly embedded in the initial taste.Fully ripe and spicy,
it is reminiscent of cassis leaves and blackberry leaves with notes of chocolate
and dried beef.
