The golden yellow color is luminous. The effervescence is calm and regular and the bubbles are fine and numerous. The first nose is intense and unrestrained. We immediately perceive aromas of dried fruit, candied fruit and melted butter. Allowed to breathe, notes of hazelnut, walnut and jasmine appear. The expression evolves very quickly in the flute.
The attack on the palate is lively and the effervescence sparkling. The absence of dosage allows to appreciate the body of the wine, very slender and tonic. The minerality is chalky and tangy and the texture of the wine is firm.
The finish perfectly prolongs the impressions perceived in the mouth. Sharp and firm, it is also tangy and straight.
