Adega de Borba Branco 2016 |
The grapes are harvested from the end of August, according to the evolution of maturation in each vineyard and always in the morning, in order to keep the freshness of them as much as possible. In the cellar, after the destemming and crushing of the grapes, the wort is depleted and pressed, safeguarding the qualitative and varietal characteristics of the must. Tear wort (wort that flows without pressing) clarifies for 18 to 24 hours and ferments at a constant temperature of 18 ° C over 14 days. After a period of time during which the wine stabilizes by physical processes, it is bottled after winter.
Clear appearance, well defined citrus color. Good aromatic intensity conjugating tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Flavor soft, fresh with predominance of the lime flavor, with persistent end to citrus fruits.
Temperature of 8-10ºC.
In accompaniment to seafood, fresh grilled fish, white meats or as an appetizer. This wine should be consumed young within 2-3 years.
