Supreme Barbera d'Asti

This wine is produced from selected and thinned grapes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Vaglio Serra and Nizza Monferrato. The grapes are crushed-destemmed and the must is placed in thermo-controlled tanks.

 After the various stages of vinification, the wine is left to mature for a few months in steel tanks; this product is not specifically aged in wood. When this wine is ripe it is bottled and left to refine in the bottle as much as possible
