IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
Zuccardi Aluvional is a selection of the best soils of alluvial origin in the Uco Valley in Mendoza. The peculiarities of each plot are revealed through the variety that best represents the region: Malbec.
The erosive force of these alluviums; generated by melting glaciers and descending water, ice and rocks with brutal force, can be seen in the soils with the presence of rocks of great magnitude; rounded edges and great heterogeneity. In the elaboration of Zuccardi Aluvional it is sought to emphasize the uniqueness and typicity of each terroir.
Their identity is strongly linked to the composition of their soils, in which a rocky conglomerate predominates with an important presence of calcium carbonate. Zuccardi Aluvional Altamira Paraje reflects this particularity in a wine of intense color that expresses a complex profile of fresh red fruit complemented with herbal and floral notes, to which is added a marked mineral character, with notes of wet stone and graphite. In the mouth it is silky, with a very lively acidity and great structure contributed by the tannins. Complex and long at the end of the mouth.
