• Practicing Organic • 100% Zinfandel • 100% Estate Vineyards (Chiles Canyon - Napa Valley) • North-facing exposure • 900 - 2,000 ft. elevation • Sobrante gravel loam, Greenstone gravel, and Chert soils • Fruit is sorted and destemmed into open-top fermenters • Cold soak for 3 days and fermented in 10-12 days • Aged 14 months in 70% American oak and 30% French oak (20% total new) • 750 cases produced • 14.8% abv
