The 2014 Yarden Gewurztraminer displays attractive floral, spice, tangerine, litchi, peach and honeysuckle notes, rounded off with hints of tropical fruits. Just off-dry, this medium-bodied wine is aromatic, flavorful and drinkable. Ready to enjoy now, Yarden Gewurztraminer will improve in the bottle over the first 18 months from harvest, and remain in great drinking condition for some three years from vintage. We like serving the wine alone as a refreshing aperitif, or pairing it with chicken and almond stir-fry, fragrant Indian curry, or thin-crust white pizza.
