Alpha Estate's Xinomavro Rosé draws its distinctive character from low-yielding vines in the Hedgehog Vineyard, where volcanic soils and high-altitude conditions concentrate flavour and minerality. Pale salmon in colour with lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, citrus, and white pepper. On the palate, crisp acidity and fine tannins deliver freshness and depth—far more structured than typical rosés, with excellent food-pairing versatility.
