Handmade Mizunara barrels that previously held premium shochu traveled 15,000 miles to impart their sophisticated flavor to fine Kentucky bourbon. The legendary Ariake cooperage crafted the barrels near Kyoto, Japan; and the Bardstown Bourbon Company, one of the most technologically advanced US distilleries, crafted the bourbon in Bardstown
