• Dry gin produced by Stray Dog in Aridea, Greece • 10 botanicals include wild foraged sage, fennel seed, rosemary, and bay leaf, along with locally sourced juniper, mastiha, lemon, orange, cardamom, and coriander • Base spirit is distilled from locally sourced sugar beet molasses • Juniper is macerated in neutral spirit for 24 hours before distillation; the remaining 9 botanicals are incorporated via basket infusion • Distilled in 200-liter copper pot stills • A strong juniper backbone lays the foundation for the individual botanicals to move in and out of each sip—citrusy coriander, cardamom, and fennel with herbaceous bay leaf and piney rosemary & mastiha • A portion of Stray Dog’s proceeds are given to a local Greek charity called Save a Greek Stray that provides food, veterinary care, and homes for stray animals • Double Gold medalist at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition • 43.5% ABV Stray Dog Wild Dry Gin is a delightfully lush gin with a robust botanical profile that balances citrus and spice with a robust, herbaceous backbone that shines in cocktails and may be simply enjoyed over ice or with a splash of soda water or tonic.
