• Vodka produced by Castle & Key distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky • Mash bill of 73% white corn, 10% rye, and 17% malted barley • Corn is sourced from Walnut Grove Farm in Adairville, Kentucky; rye is sourced from Germany; barley is sourced from Malteurop Malting Company (multiple US locations) • Sour mash fermented • Water for production comes from Castle & Key’s historic key-shaped limestone spring • Distilled three times in a combination of stills including copper column and a custom Vendome vodka still • Aroma is light and sweet with hints of cashew and citrus with a clean palate that continues with citrus followed by vanilla bean and a hint of buttered, multigrain toast • Non-chill filtered; 40% ABV Sacred Spring vodka takes its name from Castle & Key’s limestone-rich water source located at the heart of the distillery’s grounds. The other critical ingredient in this exceptional vodka is the grain; Castle & Key leans into the cereal richness of its classic bourbon mash to produce a clean, lightly sweet vodka with an unctuous, silky texture.
