DESCRIPTION
Cremant de Bourgogne is made the same way as Champagne, a second fermentation in the bottle, from Burgundian fruit at a fraction of the price. Pale pink, with red fruit and grenadine on the nose, strawberry and raspberry with a citrus lift. Creamy on the palate, balanced by clean acidity, with a mineral edge from the limestone. Decanter gave it 92 points. Aperitif, or salmon carpaccio and charcuterie.
