• Dry Vermouth di Torino produced in Piedmont, Italy, by Antica Torino • Highlighted botanicals include wormwood, thistle, sage, cinnamon, grapefruit peel, and coriander, expertly balancing both mountain and garden herbs • Base wine is a blend of Piedmontese Chardonnay and other Italian white wines • Fortified with neutral grain spirit distilled from Italian wheat • Each ingredient is macerated separately in the neutral spirit and then partially redistilled for further complexity. The final distillate is blended with wine and beet sugar and rested in stainless steel tanks for 45–60 days before filtering and bottling. • 30 grams of sugar per liter • Beer and Wine License eligible • 18% ABV Torino Dry Vermouth was inspired by a rediscovered 1950s recipe entitled “extract for dry vermouth.” Enjoy on the rocks with a twist of lemon or in bold classics such as a Martini, Old Pal, or a Perfect Rob Roy.
