We explored numerous American blended whiskeys, but felt they lacked the complexity and character of many of the highly regarded and award winning Scottish, Irish and Canadian whiskey blends.
As a craft distiller, we have the perfect opportunity to innovate, so we set out to create an American blended whiskey that would rival the best Scottish, Irish and Canadian blends. We spent over two years sampling an enormous number of whiskeys, determining the characteristics of our favorites, and then experimenting with different combinations to capture an even better, more robust flavor.

United StatesOn-Line Service for Product Ordering/Delivery
I was impressed with your inventory of products and the ease with which to select and order a product (which I assume is your competitive differentiator). However, (i) it took over a month for delivery of the product (from time of order); and (ii) the "status of delivery" update emails from your company were superficial and uninformative (basically scripted words without meaningful context). I understand there is a supply chain issue in the world, but even when I called customer service (and waited "on hold" for an uncomfortably long period of time) for a status update of delivery, the response was unhelpful. In sum, I would like to continue to use your service, but I urge you to be more considerate of your customers in view of the excessive delays for product delivery, and be more proactive with accurate information regarding estimated day/time of arrival.
