First full of raisins! Then slightly flowery, soapy, almost sticky. Caramel comes through and reminds a bit of fresh yeast with a lot of raisins in it.
In the mouth it gets fruity. Again the raisins, but also grapes, plums, pears .. and a nutty spice is added.
