Produced at Tomasello's American Classic Foods plant in Philadelphia, this Incredible CRMS pistachio cream is made from 100% Sicilian pistachios, dry-roasted onsite and ground with a touch of cane sugar and sunflower oil to an ultra-silky paste. The cream rests in temperature-controlled vats to allow flavors to meld, then is jarred under inert gas to preserve freshness and bright green color. The facility's Italian-American heritage and access to premium import pistachios yield a spread bursting with authentic nutty richness and a whisper of salt.
