Produced on Long Island's North Fork, Tomasello's Blanc de Blancs sources estate Chardonnay vines rooted in clay-loam soils. The méthode traditionnelle begins with whole-cluster pressing and cool fermentation in stainless steel. Secondary in-bottle fermentation builds a delicate mousse, and 18 months of lees aging imparts brioche and almond nuances.
