DESCRIPTION
A blend of Listan Blanco, Albillo Criollo, and Verdello from a 1.5 hectare vineyard in Orotova. The Listan is pressed directly, full clusters, and fermented in concrete. Albillo Criollo is manually destemmed and foot stomped, then macerates with skins in clay amphorae.
Verdello is also manually destemmed, and ferments in open top wood vats. After blending, the wine rest in concrete, amphorae and used oak for 6 months. Bright and citrus, with beautiful texture. Just 2800 bottles produced.
