An estate-grown wine given 30% whole-cluster fermentation, this is a fleshy and lively red wine, broad in appeal and funky earthiness. Forest, black tea and spicy white pepper dominate a lighthearted palate of silky texture and elegance.
Giving up lots of brambly herbs and stemmy nuances paired with a core of sweet raspberry and cherry fruits, it’s medium-bodied and has a rounded, elegant texture along with plenty of character.
