The Stump Jump Riesling Sauvignon Blanc Marsanne Rousanne 2017 is a stylish blend of 20% Sauvignon Blanc, 11% Marsanne and 9% Roussanne grapes with 60% Riesling grapes. It features a pale golden colour. A whiff of the wine presents mesmerising scents of freshly cut grass, snap peas, pineapples, tropical flowers, candied ginger and dried hay. Lemon and lime sherbet aromas from Riesling grapes complete the perfumed nose. The textured palate packs luscious flavours of ripe pear, white peach, red apple skin and pithy grapefruit, coupled with creamy and nutty undertones.
A fine acid line drives the intense palate to a long and refreshing finish, marked by lingering candied ginger characters. This vibrant white blend can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif, or with grilled chicken.
