IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS

Med-dark garnet with crimson hues. The wine displays classic regional Cabernet aromas of blackberries and cassis with leafy background notes. The fruit is complexed with earthy scents and supporting cedary / chocolate oak. The palate is medium to full bodied, even and balanced. Ripe fleshy black currant and tobacco leaf flavours continue from the nose, and the finish is persistent with ripe powdery tannins. Built to put down for a few years.

In addition to the really cool label, this jam-packed Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a ton of complex aromas and flavors to include blackberry pie, black licorice, cassis and plenty of spicy oak.  It's definitely going to be your favorite Cab for grilling so at this price, you might consider buying it by the case!

Food Pairing red meat, game, lamb, mild red meat, or stews, Camembert, Cheddar, Colby, Danish Blue, Gorgonzola, Gouda, Parmesan, Blue Cheese, or Roquefort, meat stocks, mustard, or pepper.

This opulent, yet refined Cabernet celebrates this noble creature. Cooler climate in style, ripe dark berries, spice and a hint of oak support velvety tannins and a lengthy finish
