Mid amber in colour; good legs, indicating viscosity. The first impression on the nose is nutty (Brazil and Macademia nuts), giving way to vanilla sponge and baked apples (Eve's Pudding): soft and rounded. A smooth texture; a lightly sweet taste, with some acidity. Drying in the finish with a thread of smoke and leaving a spicy aftertaste.
