DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
A jalapeno gin from Revivalist Distillery in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and by their account the first of its kind. Soft pepper, caraway and grass to start, then the jalapeno arrives mid-palate with a real rush of heat, cooled by caraway on the finish. Juniper, anise and coriander sit underneath. Not a subtle gin, and not meant to be.
