Outstanding

The GlenDronach Port Wood Special Release is one of my favorites from a great sherry driven Scotch house.

You still get that classic GlenDronach DNA, rich dried fruit, dark chocolate, and warm baking spice, but the Port finish adds a nice layer of berry like sweetness and a softer, jammy edge. It feels dessert like without being cloying.

Easy to sip neat, even better with a few drops of water. If you like sherry matured Scotch and want something a little different without losing the distillery character, this one hits the spot.
