A 45-year-old single malt, fittingly named after the Northern Lights, The Dalmore Aurora is a majestic experience to be savored.
Deep copper color. Super dense and complex aromas of peach butter, iodine, cherry pastry, olive, and suede with a supple, yet ferocious dry-yet-fruity full body and hot peat moss, cocoa, anise, brown butter, pencil, slate and chili pepper. A beautiful beast. Serve with a touch of water to bring out the subtlety and nuance.
