DESCRIPTION
DESCRIPTION
Candied mushroom is Teutonic's umami Tsunami ¦. A late harvest and botrytized iteration of Crow valley Riesling.
Early tasting notes on the 2021 vintage: strawberry, jolly rancher, honeydew melon¦.. With longer time in bottle, it will develop more savory umami notes.
