This listing is a case of 12 bottles. Terre di Marca makes this rosé frizzante in the col fondo style, the old way of making sparkling wine in the Veneto: it finishes fermenting in the bottle and isn't filtered, so the sediment stays in.
It's bone dry, cloudy and hazy, and the label says to shake it gently before drinking. Expect grapefruit and watermelon notes with a soft, lively fizz. It's organic and unfiltered, a pétillant naturel that's fun rather than fussy.
Serve it well chilled, around 45F. It's great on its own, and plays well in sparkling cocktails, at picnics and with pizza, salumi or fried snacks. Buying by the case makes sense for parties, events or a summer of easy drinking.
