• Reposado tequila produced in Arandas, Jalisco, by Gran Dinastía (NOM 1610) • Maestro Tequilero Augustín Camarena • 100% Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) single-estate grown at an elevation of over 7,000 feet • Cooked in brick ovens • Crushed with roller mill • Fermented with distiller’s yeast in open-air steel tanks for 80–90 hours • Distilled twice using traditional pot stills made from copper and steel • Aged 2–3 months in re-fill ex-tequila barrels made from American oak • Filtered with paper and charcoal before bottling • Tasting notes include black pepper, white flowers, banana, baking spice, and soft green herbs • 40% ABV Lightly aged in ex-tequila casks from Casco Viejo's own cellars, this reposado focuses more on allowing oxygen to integrate with the agave spirit than altering the tequila with heavy oak influence. Just like its blanco sibling, this bottle is a workhorse that shows better neat than it has any need to, with a bright, fresh, vegetal heart that shines through its barrel notes like a sunbeam through trees.
