Chalky minerals and freshly cut grass. Far more floral and fruit focused than the first lote. And perhaps fewer herbal and vegetal notes. A round appealing nose. The first sip is palate filling: viscous, sweet and salty.
The second sip reveals fruit, cinnamon and anise, smokey paprika, almond cream and toasted nuts. Buttery rich agave with a contrasting touch of mint. A silky-satin balanced finish slowly melts away, leaving a few farewell spicy punctuations.
