Cherry color with purple highlights. Flores de Tarima in your glass with hints of licorice and chocolate and a subtle depth of herbs and floral qualities.  Young and expressive with a fruit forward attitude. 

Originating in Spain where it is known as monastrell, this red grape makes full-bodied red wines with strong tannins and fruity flavors of blackberry and plum along with hints of black pepper and smoke.
